Confirmation of Modal DNA Values

Professor DeCorte of the KUL provided 113 DNA records extracted from blood samples from people mostly from Leuven in Belgium.

The modal of 12 markers of these 113 Y-DNA samples corresponds exactly with the modal values obtained through the 45 records collected on the web.

There was only one exception: DYS 391’s modal value is a 10 in the FF-DNA project but 11 in the Leuven sample. The Table to the right shows these results.
